About the job
We're hiring a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist to own paid campaigns end to end — planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting. You'll take campaigns from awareness to conversion, working alongside our strategy and creative team, and you'll be measured on results: hitting ROAS and CPA targets while keeping tracking clean and accurate.
What you'll do
- Build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta campaigns based on the marketing strategy.
- Set up and troubleshoot the Meta Conversions API (CAPI) and Pixel for accurate server-side tracking, event deduplication, and solid match quality.
- Monitor performance and optimize budgets, bids, and audiences to grow ROAS and lower CPA.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, copy, formats, and landing pages to find what works.
- Build and manage Core, Custom, and Lookalike audiences for targeting and re-targeting.
- Track KPIs and share clear, useful reports with the team.
- Keep every campaign compliant with Meta's ad policies.
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years managing Meta ads, with real results to show for it.
- Hands-on experience with CAPI, server-side tracking, and event deduplication.
- Comfortable in Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Events Manager.
- Strong grasp of CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS — and what to do with them.
- Sharp attention to detail on tracking and budget pacing.
- Bonus: GTM, GA4, or Shopify/WordPress tracking experience.
